As usual, this June we will be encouraging churches, groups and individuals to join together in looking at the book of Mark. A number of resources will soon be available here to help with this:
The Circuit Online Worship for Sundays in June will be based on the Bible Month material, and will be led by some of our local preachers and supernumeraries. Videos of services for the four Sundays in June will be made available on the Circuit YouTube channel.
The first service for bible month will be available on 6th June: https://youtu.be/HLgky3wcu5A
Study resources are being created looking at four of the stories from Mark's Gospel. You could choose to meet up with a small group to take part, either on zoom or in person (subject to the current rules on meeting up), or you could use them to study the passage on your own or with your family.
There will be a group meeting on zoom on Thursday evenings in June, led by Keith Albans and Ruth Duck, contact them or the circuit office for the zoom link.
We have also produced videos of dramatised readings of the four stories covered in the study material, which you can use in a group or service or just watch it yourself for a slightly different take on the story. These are available from this page, on our YouTube channel and on social media- follow us on Facebook for additional prayer suggestions and other content!
All the resources will be available here so do check back!
And there are more resources, including videos, on the national Bible Month webpage.
If you would like to share any resources and are happy for them to be put on this page please let us know! And as usual we'd love to hear about how you get on with Bible Month!
