We are a congregation of Christians in the Methodist tradition who meet to worship in a very large Methodist chapel.

We meet for worship on Sundays at 10.30 am and at 6.30 pm. Central is a Methodist church within theYork circuitof churches and theYork & Hull districtof theMethodist Church in Britain. Apart from worship, Central is usually open to visitors between 10 and 2 Monday to Friday.

Central is also home toCarecent- the breakfast centre providing for the homeless, unemployed, disadvantaged and lonely, by volunteers from local Churches.
