All humans are made in God’s image, and all are loved by God. Sadly not all people experience love and fair treatment, and we see many being discriminated against due to ethnicity, gender, faith, disability, sexual preference, land of origin and other characteristics.

Have you completed the Methodist church’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training? Was it helpful in thinking through the challenges people can face if they are seen as different?

How can we make sure our churches are welcoming to everyone? How can we challenge unjust perceptions and understand the history of injustice that still has an impact on many people’s lives?
