"Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain,
to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honour and glory and praise!"
"To the one who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honour and glory and power,
for ever and ever!"
(Revelation 5 vs 12 & 13).
Revelation chapters 4 and 5 describe an incredible scene of praise, with angels and 'elders' and various creatures all praising the Lamb of God- Jesus- for his actions in redeeming humanity. There's colour, light and sound everywhere- drawing our different senses into worship. Does the scene seem overwhelming, or make you feel small? Can you picture yourself there?
How does this scene resemble your worship? Are there ways you could use different senses, images, sounds to help you worship God?
