The Methodist building closed several years ago, but there is still a Methodist Church Community here with a Church Council. Services are held fortnightly: on the 2nd Sunday of the month in Alne Hall Cheshire Home, and on the 4th Sunday as a united Communion Service at the Parish Church. Worship on the 1st and 3rd Sundays is shared at Tholthorpe Methodist Church. (Singing the Faith, Hymns and Psalms and MWB are available)
